TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of coaching services provided by Rosangela Atte (“Coach”), including access to any programs, courses, and methodologies such as the ESTHER Method™. By engaging in coaching services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and the attached Coaching Agreement and Release of Liability.
1. DEFINITIONS
Coach: Rosangela Atte, operating in Maple Ridge, B.C., Canada.
Client: The individual who books and attends coaching sessions.
Service:The guided life coaching discussions, resources, and support delivered by the Coach.
Session: A scheduled meeting where the Service is delivered.
Fee: The agreed monetary amount per Session or package.
2. NATURE OF COACHING
Coaching is not therapy, psychiatry, or licensed counseling.
The Coach is not a registered mental health professional and does not diagnose or treat mental illness.
Clients must inform the Coach if psychological, emotional, or psychiatric issues arise. Referrals may be made if needed.
3. SESSION SCHEDULING & FEES
Fees are payable at time of booking via secure third-party platforms.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
No refunds will be issued, but sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.
Session times are based on mutual agreement and availability.
4. TERMINATION POLICY
Either party may terminate the Agreement with 24 hours’ notice for any reason.
Missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the Session fee.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared during Sessions is confidential, except when:
Required by law (e.g., child abuse).
Client is at risk of harming self or others.
Disclosure is requested by the Client.
Communication and records are handled according to applicable privacy laws.
6. TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATION
Sessions may occur via phone or video using third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom).
The Coach is not responsible for technical failures or privacy breaches due to these platforms.
7. RISKS & LIABILITY
By signing up for coaching services, the Client acknowledges and agrees:
To assume all risks associated with participation.
That the Coach and her affiliates are not liable for any physical, emotional, financial, or spiritual outcomes.
To waive and release all liability and not pursue legal action against the Coach for services rendered, including due to negligence or breach of duty.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, processes, and language in the ESTHER Method™ are the intellectual property of Rosangela Atte.
Clients may not reproduce, teach, or share this material without written consent.
9. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
Any third-party links or recommendations are offered for convenience and inspiration only.
The Coach does not endorse third-party platforms or materials and is not liable for how they are used.
10. PROGRAM & METHOD DESCRIPTIONS
Rosangela offers specialized coaching via the ESTHER Method™, a proprietary 6-step framework that includes:
Exposed & Examine the Roots
Submit & Shift
Trust & Time
Heal & Honor
Encounter & Experience
Restore & Redeem
This method may include scriptural insights, prayer, nervous system regulation techniques, and guided personal development.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. All legal matters must be resolved within that jurisdiction.
12. LEGAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Clients confirm they have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before entering into this agreement and that they fully understand and accept all Terms.
Electronic signatures and communications are considered valid.
13. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
Be emotionally and mentally prepared for each session.
Respect the spiritual nature of the coaching (including prayer and biblical references).
Communicate any discomfort or concern openly.
Not hold the Coach responsible for personal decisions made during or after the coaching engagement.
14. MINORS
Clients under 18 must have written consent from a legal parent/guardian, who also signs and agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
